Roughly 16 named neighborhoods sit within or directly adjacent to the SouthPark district, ranging from gated estate communities like Morrocroft Estates to walkable enclaves like Barclay Downs and high-rise addresses like Morrison Place.
Foxcroft, Morrocroft Estates, Eastover, and Quail Hollow rotate at the top depending on the metric. Foxcroft and Morrocroft lead on closed estate prices; Eastover leads on historic pedigree; Quail Hollow leads on golf prestige.
