Accessibility Statement
We aim to make this website usable by the widest possible audience, including people using assistive technology.
Our commitment
We strive to conform substantially to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification, and improvements are made as part of routine maintenance.
Measures in place
- Semantic HTML structure with a single H1 and logical heading order on each page;
- A visible "skip to main content" link for keyboard users;
- Keyboard-operable navigation, search, map filters, and disclosure controls;
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful imagery and ARIA labels on interactive controls;
- Text and interface colors selected for contrast against their backgrounds;
- Responsive layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling at 320px width;
- Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" preference.
Known limitations
Some content is delivered by third parties — fonts, analytics, and embedded resources — whose accessibility we do not control. Complex graphical elements such as the neighborhood map are accompanied by an equivalent text index, but may not offer full parity for every assistive technology. Automated and AI-assisted content generation may occasionally produce imperfect alternative text.
No warranty
This statement describes our goals and current practices. It is not a warranty, certification, or representation that the website conforms to any particular standard at any given moment, and it does not create any legal right or cause of action. This website provides no contact channel; accessibility issues are identified through our own periodic audits.
